Discover and use Virginia Satir's unique way of living
and interacting in peace and harmony by taking part in
a four day workshop, with the following key objectives:
- Improve personal, business, organisational and
professional relationships
- Enhance self-awareness
- Learn to facilitate and actively contribute to
appropriate change
- Develop new and productive relationships between
staff at, and between, all levels of management
- The People Empowering and
Conflict Effectiveness (P.E.A.C.E.) programmes focus
on creating harmony within the self. It has become increasingly
clear that people who are personally integrated and harmonious
have the strength and creativity to effectively meet the
situations and conditions which challenge their lives
both personally and professionally.
Programmes can be designed specifically for the contract
undertaken, eg. executives and business counselling programmes
for personnel managers, time and motion assessment for
medical teams, management training, stress management
programmes for banks and private industry. If the need
is "people-related" a P.E.A.C.E. programme can
be devised.
