MAKING APPOINTMENTS

Appointments are made by telephoning our office on (03) 9824 7755. Individuals or couples may call us directly. If one of the Doctors cannot answer the phone just then, please leave a detailed message including your first and last name, contact phone number, how you found out about our practice, and a few words about how we can help you. As we do not use any secretarial or receptionist services, only the doctors will hear your message. One of the doctors will personally ring you back, as soon as they can, to help you decide about arranging an appointment. All patients are seen only by appointment. A GP referral is not required, but referrals by doctors and other professionals are always welcomed and helpful. New patients are seen as promptly as possible, and the doctor will work according to the specific needs of the individual, couple or family. Referrals usually come from satisfied clients and patients, other doctors and professionals, and families. Patients are always seen by Dr Neil or Dr Silverberg personally.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, you must cancel at least 48 hours (two working days) in advance; otherwise, you will have to pay for the time you reserved. Thus, appointments for Mondays will need to be cancelled no later than Thursday 4.00 pm. All questions regarding appointments, accounts, fees, Medicare and insurance matters are handled by the Doctors personally.
